The Taylor LEAD Foundation empowers youth and women across Idaho—especially those from underserved communities—by creating pathways to success in education, athletics, leadership, and life.
How we operate: We center access, equity, and belonging; measure outcomes; and partner with community builders to scale meaningful change.
iWIN Sports: Idaho Women & Girls in Sports
iWIN turns Access, Visibility, and Leadership into lifelong outcomes through scholarships, Gear & Access Grants, empowerment-based clinics, storytelling (IX Stories), The Networking Collective (athlete → leader), and the LEAD Changemakers Circuit (speaker series).
- Access: Scholarships, grants, clinics/camps statewide.
- Visibility: Stories that normalize ambition and representation.
- Leadership: Micro-lessons, mentorship, and board-readiness for current & former athletes.
