What is the LEAD Changemakers Circuit?

Powered by The Taylor LEAD Foundation, the LEAD Changemakers Circuit is a statewide speakers bureau featuring dynamic women in sport who deliver high‑impact talks tailored to your audience. This initiative complements our year‑round Programs & Events and helps advance our mission of getting girls in the game so they can change the game.

Talks are grounded in LEAD—Leadership, Educational excellence, Athletic achievement, and Distinguished community service—and weave in each speaker’s personal journey so audiences leave inspired and equipped with practical tools they can use right away.

Who We Serve

Youth Athletes

For young girls (Grades 5-8), talks focus on body image, self-esteem, and the value of participation. For boys, it’s about hearing these same messages through the lens of women in sport—building early respect and allyship. Many of our youth audiences also join us at A Game On Summer Camps for Girls, continuing their leadership journey.

Competitive Athletes

For athletes already competing (Junior High, High School, College), we emphasize teamwork, positive self-talk, and leadership—always anchored in The IWIN Pledge.

Women in the Workplace

Professional women—especially members of our IWIN Networking Collective—receive insights on resilience, leadership, and using their platform to empower others.

Parents, Coaches, and Allies

Community leaders and caregivers learn how to support and advocate for girls in sport at every level.
