Before the pricing

Three hundred and eight guests, and forty student-athletes seated among them.

Three hundred and eight tickets sold out, and forty-plus student-athletes were seated among them as guests of the Foundation. Getting on for three hundred and fifty people in the room.

This is not a reach buy. It is a dense room of Idaho decision-makers — and it is the only evening in the state where that room and a group of high school athletes are at the same tables.

Your people meet the second group. That is the part sponsors describe afterwards, and it is not something a logo on a stadium sign can do.

Where the money actually goes, stated plainly. Gala proceeds fund iWIN Sports — IX Grants that pay a registration fee, camps, clinics, the Changemakers Circuit — and the operations that deliver them. At our size, “operations” means one salary and the cost of running a statewide program with forty unpaid people around it.

We are working toward the point where every gala dollar goes directly to grants, programs and scholarships. The endowed scholarship fund is how we get there: as it grows it carries more of the fixed cost, and the gala carries less. We would rather tell you that now than have you discover it in a Form 990.

And you will be able to say what it funded. We publish a quarterly impact ledger, and sponsors are named against the specific components they funded — a grant cohort, a camp cycle, a scholarship — rather than against a total. When somebody in your organization asks in June what the sponsorship bought, that is the answer.

Activations

Twelve of them, photographed.

Every gala has tiers. Very few can show you a room where a sponsor’s name is on something a guest touches, wears, stands in front of or takes home. These ten are the ones we have pictures of — four were unsponsored in 2026 and are open now.

Step & Repeat

Every guest photographed in front of your mark on the way in, and every one of those photographs posted that night. The highest-volume placement of the evening.

2026 · Saint Alphonsus
A live scoreboard on stage at the Change Make*Hers Gala, keeping the evening on basketball time

The Scoreboard

The evening runs on basketball time — tip-off, four quarters, halftime — and the scoreboard keeps the room in it. Named every time the clock moves.

2026 · Saint Alphonsus
Keynote speaker Tara VanDerveer addressing the room at the Change Make*Hers Gala

Keynote Speaker Presenter

Introducing the person the room came to hear. In 2026 that was Tara VanDerveer, and the introduction is the sentence every reporter in the room writes down.

Award presentation

Named from the stage as each award is given, and again in the coverage that follows. Twelve award and honor slots on the 2027 slate.

Attendees raising pickleball paddles to bid during the gala auction

The paddle raise

Not numbered cards. Pickleball rackets, in three hundred hands, raised all evening. In 2026 guests handed them back at the door — the goal for 2027 is for every guest to take theirs home, which turns a bidding paddle into a gift three hundred people carry out of the building.

2026 · CAS Events

The Champagne Wall

A wall of glasses guests collect on the way in, and one of the most photographed things in the building. Your name sits where three hundred cameras are already pointing.

Table centerpieces

On every table through dinner, then auctioned from the stage. Sponsored once, seen all night, and mentioned again when somebody wins one.

2026 · First Federal Bank

Heat on Your Feet™

Guests swap their shoes for something they can actually dance in. Branded, kept, and worn home — one of those small ideas that changes the shape of an evening.

2026 · KeyBank
Guests arriving through the Student-Athlete Spirit Tunnel

The Spirit Tunnel

Guests arrive the way a team does, through a tunnel of noise. It sets the register for the whole night and it is the first thing people mention afterwards.

The VIP Reception

The youth tables

Forty student-athletes seated among the guests rather than watching from somewhere else. Fan Favorite covers five youth seats at $1,000, and this is the one that changes what the evening is — and in 2026 it is what put Ava Johnson in the room with Saint Alphonsus, who hired her five months later.

2026 · Fan Favorite tier

Those twelve are the ones we have photographs of. There are forty-two in all — the full list is below, and any of them can be taken standalone or built into a package.

Everything available

Forty-two activations, grouped by where they sit in the night.

Standalone or built into a tier. Some are marquee, some are small and specific — and the small specific ones are often the best value, because a guest touches them without noticing they were sponsored at all.

None of this is a fixed menu. We build custom activations with sponsors around what their brand actually does — a few of the best things on the list above started as somebody’s idea rather than ours. If you can picture something that fits your company and fits this room, tell us and we will make it exist.

The clock is the one nobody else can offer. The evening genuinely runs on basketball time — tip-off, four quarters, halftime, overtime — so there are eight segments, each with a presenting partner named as it begins. That is eight moments where a company is announced to a full room, and it exists because the event was designed that way rather than themed that way afterwards.

Tiers

Nine levels, from $1,000 to $35,000. Every level includes a table of ten; the top three are premium tables.

MVP is the presenting partner — one a year, named alongside the gala itself. Rising Star and above include a custom activation or an award presentation. Fan Favorite puts five young people in the room and is recognized from the stage.

Named the way the evening is. Every tier includes recognition on the night, in the program and in the coverage that follows — and every one can carry an activation from the list above.

Hall of FamePremium $35,000

MVPPremium $25,000

Presenting-level recognition across the evening, a marquee activation and stage time.

All-StarPremium $20,000

Impact PlayerGala $3,500

Sideline SupporterGala $2,500

Recognition on the night, in the program and in the coverage that follows.

Fan FavoriteYouth sponsor $1,000

Seats a group of student-athletes among the guests. The cheapest transformative thing on this page.

Award presentation

Every award is presented by a sponsor, named from the stage as it is given and again in the coverage that follows. Six were given in 2026 — presented by Saint Alphonsus, Trak Software, J.R. Simplot Company, TOK Commercial, Stoltz Marketing Group and You Are More. The 2027 slate runs to twelve, including the new Hall of Fame.

Award categories vary year to year with the honorees selected.

Youth tables — Fan Favorite, $1,000

Seats a group of student-athletes among the guests rather than watching from somewhere else. In 2026 these were taken by individuals and a clinic, not corporations — which is worth knowing, because at $1,000 for five seats it is by some distance the cheapest transformative thing on this page.

Getting started

Tell us roughly what you are considering.

Not a commitment. The form takes two minutes, and we come back with what your number would actually fund and which activations are still open — before anybody signs anything.

Corporate budgets close in the autumn, and printed materials go to press in the new year. Earlier genuinely is better — and the MVP position is a single slot.

Boise Centre West

Tip-off is February 10, 2027.

The first one sold out. Sponsorship is how the second one seats more student-athletes than the first — which is the only number any of us are actually trying to move.
