The Taylor LEAD Foundation · Boise, Idaho
Terms & Privacy
The iWIN Networking Collective
This is the agreement between you and The Taylor LEAD Foundation for The iWIN Networking Collective. It is in two parts. Part One is the Terms & Conditions, which is what you agree to when you create an account. Part Two is the Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Mighty Networks, the platform the community runs on, publishes its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, linked separately at the foot of the community. Those cover the platform. This document covers the Collective.
What is in each part
- Part One, Terms & Conditions. Who these terms cover, eligibility and plans, community guidelines, removal, intellectual property, confidentiality, recordings, platform access, billing and refunds, sponsors, no professional advice, liability, governing law, and how these terms change.
- Part Two, Privacy Policy. What we collect, what the platform collects automatically, how we use it, session recordings, our service providers, what other members can see, what we never do, email, cookies, retention, your rights, security, age, and how to reach us.
Part One
Terms & Conditions
Section numbers in Part One refer to Part One.
These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations for participation in The iWIN Networking Collective ("the Collective" or "TNC"), a program of The Taylor LEAD Foundation, hosted on the Mighty Networks platform. They apply to everyone who holds an account on the platform, whether you are a paying member, a Foundation board or committee member, a LEAD Fellow, or a volunteer. By creating an account or joining this community, you agree to the following guidelines and standards of conduct. You also agree to Mighty Networks’ platform Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and to the Collective’s Privacy Policy described in Section 7.
1Purpose of the Community
The iWIN Networking Collective is a curated leadership network for women who play or have played sports at any level, turning the athlete mindset into career momentum, visibility, and collective impact across Idaho and beyond. The community includes membership plans, programs, courses, events, and resources delivered via Mighty Networks.
The same platform also hosts spaces that are not part of the paid membership. The Leadership Academy holds short role courses and working spaces for the Foundation’s board, committees, advisory board, LEAD Fellows, and volunteers. Those spaces are separate from the Collective, and Section 2 explains how these Terms apply to each group.
2Who These Terms Cover
Three groups hold accounts on this platform. All three agree to these Terms. What each group can see and do differs.
Collective members. People who hold a paid membership plan. Members have access to the spaces, programs, courses, and events included in their plan, as described in Section 3.
Foundation account holders. Board members, committee members, advisory board members, LEAD Fellows, and volunteers hold accounts in order to reach the Leadership Academy and the working spaces for their role. A Foundation account is not a Collective membership. It carries no access to paid Collective spaces, programs, or events unless that person also holds a paid plan. Foundation account holders are all 18 or older.
Guests. People given time-limited access to a specific event, course, or space. Guest access ends when the thing it was granted for ends.
If you hold a Foundation role, any separate agreement you have signed with The Taylor LEAD Foundation continues to apply to you. That includes confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and youth protection obligations. Where a Foundation agreement and these Terms both speak to the same conduct, the Foundation agreement controls for matters of Foundation governance, and these Terms control for conduct on the platform.
Spaces you cannot see may exist. Access is set by role and by plan, and the absence of a space from your view is not an error to report.
3Eligibility and Membership Plans
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. The Collective is a community for adults, and we do not knowingly create or maintain accounts for anyone under 18. The Foundation’s programs that involve minors run elsewhere, under their own consent requirements and youth protection standards.
Collective membership is sold in plans. Each plan states what it includes, and plan contents may change as programming changes. Current plans are Huddle, Collective Member, and Collective Leader. Executive Circle is an invitation-only tier and is not available by open enrollment.
One account is for one person. Accounts are not shared, transferred, or resold, and member benefits such as directory listings, event seats, and course access belong to the individual who holds the plan.
4Community Guidelines
To maintain a respectful, encouraging, and constructive environment, everyone with an account agrees to:
- Treat each other with kindness, professionalism, and mutual respect.
- Maintain confidentiality. What is shared in private spaces stays within the community, unless explicit permission is given.
- Contribute to thoughtful dialogue. Avoid disrespectful, inflammatory, or dismissive language.
- Ask before offering advice. Listen first, and offer input only if invited.
- Use content warnings when discussing sensitive or potentially triggering topics.
- Refrain from unapproved solicitation or mass direct messages. Use the spaces designated for offers and opportunities, as indicated by admins.
- Keep Foundation governance material inside the Leadership Academy. Board, committee, and advisory board materials are not for distribution to members or outside the platform.
The Collective reserves the right to hide, edit, or remove any content that goes against these community standards. Repeated violations may result in limitations on access or removal from the community.
5Banned Behavior and Member Removal
The following behaviors may result in a warning or immediate removal from the community, at the discretion of the Collective admin team. All decisions about membership status are final and made in the interest of preserving the quality of the space for all participants:
- Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language of any kind.
- Spam, self-promotion, or solicitation without prior approval.
- Repeatedly violating group guidelines after being reminded.
- Sharing private information, conversations, or materials from the community without permission.
- Any action that threatens the safety, integrity, or cohesion of the community.
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity, role, affiliation, or credentials.
- Recording, capturing, or re-publishing a live session, a breakout room, or another member’s contribution, except as Section 8 allows.
The Collective may, but is not obligated to, provide written notice of violations. Depending on severity, the Collective may remove posts, suspend features such as posting or direct messages, or terminate access without refund as described in Section 10.
6Intellectual Property and Use of Content
All materials shared within the Collective, unless otherwise credited, are the intellectual property of The Taylor LEAD Foundation or the original content creator. Content may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed outside the platform without written permission.
By contributing posts, comments, or other content, you retain ownership of your material while granting the Collective the right to feature or reference your contributions within the community for the purpose of shared learning and engagement. If we wish to use your content externally, for example in marketing, we will request additional permission.
Templates, workbooks, and materials provided in the community are intended for your professional use. You may adapt these tools for your own professional development, and for the work of the organization you represent. Redistribution outside the community, resale, or use in training you deliver commercially is not permitted without permission. Screenshots or re-uploads of course materials outside the platform are prohibited.
Some course materials are contributed by guest instructors who retain their own rights in them. Those materials carry the same restrictions, and in some cases tighter ones that will be stated on the course itself.
7Privacy and Confidentiality
How the Foundation collects, uses, and shares information about you is set out in the Collective’s Privacy Policy, which is Part Two of this document. That policy governs; this section describes what we ask of you.
Although the Mighty Networks platform includes privacy controls, no digital space is completely secure. Share only what you are comfortable with others in the community seeing. Your profile and your posts are visible to other members, which is how the community works.
We ask everyone to respect one another’s privacy and to refrain from sharing another person’s information outside this platform. That includes contact details found in the Leadership Directory, which exists so members can reach each other and not so that anyone can build a list. Admins and moderators may access content necessary to operate, support, and enforce community standards.
8Recordings
Some programming is recorded so members who could not attend can watch later. The rule is the same every time:
- Main sessions of the quarterly Four Quarters series are recorded. Replays are posted for Collective Member plans and above and are kept for 24 months.
- Breakout rooms are never recorded. Nothing is captured and nothing is posted.
- The Welcome Huddle is not recorded.
- We say out loud at the start of any session that is being recorded that it is being recorded, before the substance begins.
- You may attend with your camera and microphone off and take part in the chat instead.
If you would rather not appear in a replay, write to us within 30 days of the session and we will cut your camera and voice from it, or withdraw the replay if a clean edit is not possible.
Members and account holders may not make their own recordings, screen captures, or transcripts of any live session, and may not re-publish a replay outside the platform.
9Platform Use and Access
Your access is contingent on compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement. Mighty Networks may experience downtime or feature changes beyond our control, and access may vary by membership plan and by Foundation role.
Programming is delivered on a schedule, and some of it unlocks over time. We may change, pause, or retire a program, course, space, or event. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will say so in the community before it takes effect.
10Membership, Billing, Cancellations & Refunds
10.1 Plans & Billing. Some areas and offerings are available only to paid members. By enrolling in a monthly or annual plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices, features, and promotions may change, and we will post updates in-app.
10.2 How to Cancel. You can cancel at any time via your Mighty Networks account settings, under Billing or Subscriptions. When you cancel, your current paid access continues through the end of your billing period and your plan does not renew.
10.3 Refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable, with two exceptions. First, if you cancel within 7 days of your first purchase of a plan, or within 7 days of an annual renewal, we will refund that charge in full. Second, we will refund or credit a verified duplicate charge, a confirmed billing error, or any charge where a refund is required by applicable law. Requests under the second exception must reach us within 30 days of the charge, with supporting documentation. Outside these two cases, canceling stops your next renewal rather than refunding the current period. We will always strive to be fair, so reach out if something is not right.
10.4 Removal for Cause. If the Collective terminates your access for a breach of these Terms, no refunds or credits will be provided.
10.5 Free Trials and Promotions. If offered, trial periods convert to paid unless you cancel before the trial ends.
10.6 Founding Member Rate. Members who join during the Founding Member window hold the rate they joined at for as long as their membership remains continuously active on that plan. A lapse in membership ends the held rate. A Founding Member who moves to a higher priced plan keeps the Founding Member badge, and keeps the held rate on the original plan if they later return to it.
10.7 Sponsored Memberships. A membership paid for by a sponsor through the Give a Seat program runs for the term the sponsor funded. We do not tell a sponsor who received their gift unless the recipient asks us to. When a sponsored term ends, the membership does not auto-renew into a paid plan without your agreement.
10.8 Foundation Accounts. Accounts held for a Foundation role are not billed, and they end when the role ends.
11Sponsorships & Third-Party Relationships
From time to time, the Collective and The Taylor LEAD Foundation may acknowledge or receive support from sponsors, partners, or guest contributors. Any such support does not imply employment, agency, endorsement, or representation. The Collective and The Taylor LEAD Foundation are separate and independent from sponsors and third parties.
- Sponsored content, events, or benefits will be labeled where feasible.
- We do not control, warrant, or assume responsibility for third-party services, advice, or offers referenced in the community.
- Interactions or transactions you enter into with third parties are solely between you and that third party.
- Sponsors and partners are not given member lists or member contact details, and they cannot send messages to members through us.
Guest instructors and session facilitators appear in the community to teach rather than to sell. They are asked not to promote their own services inside a session. If you choose to engage one of them professionally afterward, that arrangement is between you and them, and the Foundation is not a party to it.
12No Professional Advice
Community discussions, courses, and materials are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, mental health, career, or other professional advice. This includes sessions led by guest facilitators who hold professional credentials, who appear here as educators rather than as your practitioner, and who are not forming a professional relationship with you by taking part. Always consult a qualified professional regarding your specific situation.
13Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
The community and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Collective and The Taylor LEAD Foundation disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation or reliance on content.
The Collective is a place where people meet each other. We do not screen, vet, or vouch for members, and we are not responsible for what members say to one another or for arrangements they make between themselves, on the platform or off it.
14Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in the community will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing anything, please write to us. Most of what reaches a lawyer in a community this size could have been settled by an email, and we would rather have the email.
15Changes to These Terms
The Collective reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For a change that materially affects your rights or what your plan includes, we will post notice in the community and email members at least 14 days before it takes effect. For a correction or a clarification that does not change what we do, we will update the version and the date below.
Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect indicates your agreement to the revised Terms. Prior versions are available on request.

The Taylor LEAD Foundation
The iWIN Networking Collective is a program of The Taylor LEAD Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation organized in Idaho, EIN 99-2465893.
Version 2.0. Effective November 1, 2026.
Part Two
Privacy Policy
Section numbers in Part Two refer to Part Two.
The iWIN Networking Collective is a membership community for women whose background in sport informs how they lead. It is a program of The Taylor LEAD Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation organized in Idaho, EIN 99-2465893. This policy explains what we collect when you join the Collective, why we hold it, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
We have written this to be read, not to be survived. Where a practice is worth knowing about, we say it plainly rather than burying it in a list.
We collect what we need to run a membership: who you are, what you paid for, and what you choose to put in your profile and your posts. We never see your full card number. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not buy information about you. Other members can see what you post and what you put in your profile, which is the point of a community. Quarterly main sessions are recorded and breakout rooms never are. You can ask us for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion, and we will honor that wherever you live.
1What this policy covers
This policy covers the Collective: the community platform at iwincollective.com and on Mighty Networks, the membership plans, the programming and events we run for members, and the email we send you as a member or a prospective member.
It does not cover the Foundation's other programs, our main website at taylorleadscholarship.com, our scholarship applications, or our fundraising events. Those are governed separately. If you are reading this because you followed a link from somewhere other than the Collective, it may not be the policy you want.
It also does not cover what other members do with information you choose to share with them. Section 7 is about that distinction, and it matters more than most sections in a document like this.
2Information you give us
Joining and paying
When you create a membership you provide your name, your email address, and a password. You select a plan and complete payment. Payment is processed by Mighty Networks and its payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number, your card security code, or your bank credentials. What reaches us is the fact of a successful payment, the plan, the amount, the date, the card brand, and the last four digits, which is what we need to answer a billing question and to keep accurate financial records.
Your profile
Your profile is yours to fill in. Some of it powers search and the Leadership Directory, which is how members find each other:
| Field | Why it exists | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Name and photo | So a conversation has a person on the other end | Members |
| City and state | Regional gatherings, and knowing where the community actually is | Members |
| Sports played, highest level played | The common ground the Collective is built on | Members |
| Industry, current role, organization | Introductions that are worth making | Members |
| Open to mentoring | So the ask is welcome before it is made | Members |
| Bio and links | Whatever you want said about you | Members |
Every field beyond name and email is optional, and you can edit or clear any of them at any time from your profile settings. Highest level played is there because members ask it of each other, not as a bar: the Collective is open to women who played at any level.
What you write
Posts, comments, replies, reactions, direct messages to other members, event RSVPs, poll answers, and anything you upload. Section 7 covers how that is visible.
Events, waitlists, and sponsorships
- Event registrations. For some in-person events we use an outside registration service, which collects your name, email, and your answer to how you heard about the event. We use that last answer to understand which invitations work, in aggregate.
- Waitlists and interest lists. If you give us your email before joining, we hold it to tell you when the doors open and what the Collective is. Every one of those messages carries an unsubscribe link.
- Give a Seat. If you sponsor a membership for someone else, our giving platform collects your name, email, billing address, and payment details, and tells us who you are and what you gave. If you are the recipient of a sponsored seat, we know that your membership was sponsored. We do not tell a sponsor the name of the member their gift supported unless that member asks us to.
What stays on your own device
The Collective gives members working files: the workbook, the Wins Tracker, the Stakeholder Map, and the templates that come with each module. Those are files you download and fill in on your own computer. What you write in them never reaches us. We know that you downloaded a file. We do not know what is in it, and we cannot recover it for you if you lose it.
3Information collected automatically
The community platform, like any website, records technical information when you use it: your IP address, the approximate region that address resolves to, your device and browser type, the pages and posts you viewed, the time you did, the site that referred you, and the timestamps of your logins. This is used to keep the platform working, to keep accounts secure, and to understand which programming members actually use.
We look at platform activity in aggregate, to answer questions like which sessions draw members and which spaces are quiet. We do not monitor individual members' reading activity, and we do not build behavioral profiles or scores about you.
4How we use information
| Purpose | What that means in practice |
|---|---|
| Running your membership | Account creation, access to the spaces your plan includes, badges, your place in the Founding Member window |
| Billing | Charging your plan, renewals, refunds, cancellations, receipts, and the records a 501(c)(3) has to keep |
| Programming | Running sessions and events, sending reminders, publishing replays, and attaching the right files to the right lesson |
| The community | The Leadership Directory, member search, introductions, and threads |
| Program email | What is happening, what unlocked, what is coming. These are part of the membership |
| Marketing email | Only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting your membership |
| Safety | Enforcing Part One, investigating a report, and removing content or members when we have to |
| Reporting | Counts and trends for our board, our auditors, and our funders. See the limit immediately below |
| Legal obligations | Tax filings, responding to lawful requests, and defending legal claims |
We report on the Collective to our board, our auditors, our grantmakers, and our sponsors. That reporting is aggregate. It says how many members there are, where they are, what they used, and what it cost. It does not name you, quote you, or hand over a member list. If we ever want to tell a specific member's story to a funder or in public, we ask that member first, every time, and a no costs you nothing.
5Session recordings
Some Collective programming is recorded so members who could not attend can watch later. This is the part of a community platform people are most often surprised by, so here is the whole rule.
| Session | Recorded | Where the recording goes |
|---|---|---|
| Four Quarters main room | Yes | Replay posted in the Four Quarters space, available to Collective Member and above |
| Four Quarters breakout rooms | Never | Nothing is captured, and nothing is posted |
| Welcome Huddle | No | Not recorded |
| Course and module videos | Pre-recorded | Recorded in advance by the instructor. No member appears in them |
Four practical commitments go with that table:
- We say it out loud at the top of every session that is being recorded, before the substance starts, so nobody has to guess.
- Breakout rooms are the private part of the hour, and they stay that way. Breakouts exist so members can say the difficult thing to four people instead of forty. Recording them would destroy the only reason they work.
- You can attend with your camera and microphone off and take part in the chat instead. Nobody is asked to explain that choice.
- You can ask us to remove your contribution. Write to us within 30 days of the session and we will cut your camera and voice from the replay, or pull the replay if a clean cut is not possible. If you ask later than that we will still try.
Replays are kept for 24 months and then deleted, except where we have told members in advance that a particular session is part of a permanent library.
6Service providers
We are a small organization and we use established platforms rather than building our own. Each one receives only what it needs, and each is bound to use it for us and not for itself.
| Provider | What it does for us | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Mighty Networks | Hosts the community, the member profiles, the courses, and the membership plans | Your account, profile, posts, messages, activity, and plan |
| Its payment processor | Processes membership payments | Your name, email, and payment details, which go to it and not to us |
| Our email platform | Sends program and marketing email | Your name, email, and whether you opened and clicked |
| Our event registration service | Handles RSVPs for in-person events | Your name, email, and your attribution answer |
| Our giving platform | Processes Give a Seat sponsorships and donations | A donor's name, email, billing address, and payment details |
| Our video and conferencing tools | Runs live sessions and hosts replays | Your display name, and your camera and microphone if you turn them on |
| Professional advisors | Legal counsel, accountants, and auditors | Only what a specific matter requires |
Each provider runs under its own privacy policy for its own business, and the current list of providers is available from us on request. When we change a provider that holds a material amount of member information, we update this policy.
7What other members can see
The Collective is a community, which means the useful parts of it are visible to other people. This is a feature and not an accident, and it is worth being exact about.
- Your profile is visible to other members. Fill in what you want seen.
- What you post is visible to everyone who can see that space, which depends on the space. Posts are not anonymous.
- The Leadership Directory lists Collective Leader members. Every paying member can browse it. If you hold a Leader plan and would rather not be listed, tell us and we will remove your listing without changing anything else about your plan.
- Direct messages go to the member you send them to, and to the platform that carries them. We do not read member direct messages as a matter of course. We may have to look at a specific message if it is reported to us under Part One.
Once you put something in front of other members, they have seen it. Deleting a post removes it from the platform. It does not remove it from anybody's memory, notes, or screenshot. Part One asks members to keep what is said in the Collective inside the Collective, and that expectation is real and enforceable against a member who breaks it. It is still an expectation rather than a technical guarantee, and you should post with that in mind.
8What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to recruiters, not to anybody.
- We do not buy information about you. We do not append data to your profile from data brokers or enrichment services.
- We do not give sponsors or partners a member list, or member contact details, or the ability to email members through us.
- We do not share your information for anyone else's advertising, and we do not run third-party advertising inside the Collective.
- We do not solicit members for twelve months after they join. You joined for a community, and we protect that. This is a standing commitment that applies to our own fundraising as much as to anyone else's.
We do share information in four situations, and these are the only four: with the service providers in Section 6; with our professional advisors; when the law requires it or when we need it to establish or defend a legal claim; and if the Foundation ever merges with or transfers a program to another organization, in which case we would tell members before their information moved and this policy would continue to apply until a replacement was published.
9Email, and how to stop it
Two kinds of email come from the Collective.
Program email is part of what you bought: a module unlocking, a session reminder, a billing receipt, a change to Part One. You cannot unsubscribe from these while you hold a membership, because they are how the membership is delivered. They stop when your membership ends.
Marketing email is everything else: the newsletter, event invitations, and anything about the Foundation's other programs. Every one carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing changes nothing about your membership or your access.
Your email platform preferences and your in-platform notification settings are separate controls. Turning off notifications in the community does not unsubscribe you from email, and the reverse is also true. We will help you set both if you write to us.
10Cookies and similar technology
The community platform sets cookies that keep you signed in, remember your settings, and keep your session secure. These are necessary, and the platform does not work without them. The platform and our email tool also use cookies and pixels to count visits, opens, and clicks so we can tell what members read.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking the necessary ones will sign you out and keep you out. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels for ad targeting, or social media retargeting tags inside the Collective.
Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal are honored where the platform supports it. Since we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, that signal has little left to turn off.
11How long we keep things
| What | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Your account and profile | While your membership is active, then 12 months so you can rejoin without starting over, unless you ask us to delete it sooner |
| Posts and comments | Until you delete them. Posts left in a thread when you leave stay in the thread, attributed to a former member, unless you ask us to remove them |
| Payment and donation records | Seven years, which is what tax and audit obligations require of us. These we cannot delete on request |
| Session replays | 24 months |
| Email records | 24 months after your last interaction, or until you unsubscribe |
| Platform logs | As long as the platform retains them, typically under 12 months |
12Your choices and your rights
Several states now give residents specific rights over their personal information, and the laws disagree about whether they reach a nonprofit like ours. We have decided not to make you work out which column you are in.
We honor these requests from any member or former member, wherever you live, whether or not a statute requires it of us. You will not be charged for making one, and making one will never affect your membership, your price, or your standing in the community.
- Know and access. Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you, and give you a copy in a portable format.
- Correct. Most of it you can fix yourself in your profile. For anything you cannot reach, ask us.
- Delete. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except for the financial records in Section 11 that we are required to keep, and except where we need something to resolve a dispute or enforce Part One. We will tell you specifically what we kept and why.
- Opt out. Of marketing email at any time. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing further to opt out of.
- Object, and ask a human. We make no automated decisions about members. If a decision affects your membership, a person made it and you can appeal it to us.
Write to collective@taylorleadscholarship.com with what you want. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and complete the request within 45 days, and tell you if we need longer. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before handing over a copy of somebody's information, which protects you more than it protects us. An authorized agent can act for you with your written permission.
If you think we have handled a request badly, tell us and we will look at it again. You may also raise it with your state attorney general's office.
13Security
The platforms we use encrypt information in transit and at rest. Access to member information on our side is limited to the small number of people who need it to run the Collective, and payment details never reach us at all.
We will not tell you that this makes your information perfectly safe, because no honest organization can say that. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities we are required to tell, and we will tell you what happened rather than what we wish had happened.
The one part we cannot secure for you is your password. Use one you do not use anywhere else.
14Age
The Collective is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create a membership, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through the Collective. If we learn that a member is under 18 we will close the account and delete the information.
The Foundation runs other programs that do involve minors, with their own consent requirements and youth protection standards. Those are separate from the Collective and are not governed by this policy.
15Members outside the United States
We are based in Boise, Idaho, and the platforms we use store information in the United States. If you join from outside the United States, your information is transferred here and handled under this policy and United States law, which may give you fewer protections than your own country does. By joining, you are asking us to do that.
The rights in Section 12 are not limited to members in the United States. We extend them to every member, which covers most of what members outside the country would otherwise have to ask us for.
16Links to other places
Members post links, and our programming points to outside tools, articles, and instructors' own sites. We do not control any of those and this policy does not reach them. Read theirs if you are about to hand one of them your information.
17Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as the Collective changes. The version number and effective date at the top of page one tell you which one you are reading, and the history below records what changed.
For a change that materially affects your information, we will email members and post a notice in the community at least 14 days before it takes effect, so you can read it and decide while your decision still means something. For a correction or a clarification that does not change what we do, we will update the version and the history and leave it at that.
Prior versions are available on request at collective@taylorleadscholarship.com.
